This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-STAT6 (Tyr641) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 20 ng/mL RH-IL-4 for 20 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
