This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-STAT4 (Tyr693) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from NK-92 cells, cultured to 0.2 x 106 cells/mL in T175 flasks in 12.5% FBS containing medium, IL-2 starved, then treated with 200 ng/mL IL-12 for 30 minutes and lysed at 3.2 x 106 cells/mL with 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
