Revvity AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Phospho-LCK (Tyr505), Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-LCK (Tyr505) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from Jurkat cells, cultured in a T175 flask to approximately 1 x 106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were resuspended in HBSS at 4 x 106 cells/mL and treated with 11 mm Peroxide plus 50 nM Calyculin A for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final density of 3.2 x 106 cells/mL.
