This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Cyclin E1 (Thr77) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, BEWO cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
