This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-BTK (Tyr551) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from U937 cells, cultured in a T175 flask to approximately 1X106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 1% Pervanadate for 30min and lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
