This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total MDM2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluency in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 5μM MG132 for 18 hours and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
