This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total GAPDH Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T75 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then lysed in 20 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
