This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse p-TAK1 (Thr184/187) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 0.8M Sorbitol for 30 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
