This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-GSK-3β (Ser9) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from MCF7 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 500 µg/mL insulin for 30 minutes and lysed in 20 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
