ATG14, or autophagy related protein 14, also known as BAKOR, or Beclin 1-associated autophagy-related key regulator, is an important component of the autophagosome nucleation process in macroautophagy. ATG14 is implicated in Alzheimer’s disease, and a variety of cancers such as colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and chronic myeloid leukemia.

The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-ATG14 (Ser29) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-ATG14 (Ser29) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
