Bromodomain containing 7 (BRD7), also known as NAG4, BP75, or CELTIX1, is a member of the Bromodomain-containing Protein Family IV, which also includes BRD9. BRD7 plays a role in chromatin remodeling and regulation of transcription. Inhibition of BRD7 expression promotes cell proliferation and migration by activating ERK phosphorylation. Increasing evidence indicates that BRD7 is downregulated in many cancers, such as epithelial ovarian carcinoma, breast cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, and colorectal carcinoma.

The AlphaLISA SureFire Human and Mouse Total BRD7 Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total BRD7 in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
