This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human CDK6 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Molt4 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1x106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed at 2x106 cells/mL in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
