Revvity AlphaLISA Human Biotinylated FCGR3A (176Phe)

Biotinylated human FCGR3A (176Phe), lyophilized. Spin the vial containing 1.5 µg lyophilized protein briefly in microfuge and reconstitute it with 100 µL sterile distilled water to make 0.6 µM stock concentration of FCGR3A (176Phe). Add the 16 µL of 0.6 µM FCGR3A (176Phe) into a new tube containing 1184 µL 1X HiBlock Buffer to make 8 nM FCGR3A (176Phe). Prepare just before use.
