500 µCi quantities of UTP, [α-³²P]- 3000Ci/mmol 10mCi/mL EasyTide are available for research. Uridine triphosphate, labeled on the alpha phosphate group with ³²P, is typically used in reactions involving enzymes that will incorporate the ribonucleoside monophosphate (base, sugar, and alpha-labeled phosphate) into a chain of RNA. Common applications include:
