250 µCi quantities of Prazosin, [7-Methoxy-³H]-, are available for your research. Prazosin is an α1-blocker, and is used to treat high blood pressure, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. It binds the α1-adrenergic receptor, a GPCR that plays a role in vasconstriction and appetite suppression.

We offer both agonist and antagonist radioligands for autoradiographic visualization or performing saturation and competition assays to determine receptor expression levels (B_max), dissociation constants (K_d), association and dissociation rates (k_on and k_off), and inhibitor constants (K_i) for a variety of receptors.
