IVISense MMP 680 is excited by 680 + 10 nm excitation light, and emits at 700 + 10 nm. MMP 680 has an optimal imaging window of 24-36 hours after injection, allowing workflow flexibility in acquiring data in large animal cohorts. Including IVISense MMP 680 in careful experimental design allows for multiplexing with other channels and/or imaging times, and SO can be paired with other probes to achieve maximum efficiency and flexibility in imaging.
