CD3/CD4/CD8 surface marker kit with a dead dye (DeadBlue) for detection of three surface marker populations. Anti-human CD3 surface marker is conjugated with KIRAVIA Blue 520™. Anti-human CD4 is conjugated with PE. Anti-human CD8 is conjugated with APC. Each kit is composed of three surface marker reagents, three isotype controls, and dead dye.
