Electron Microscopy Sciences Tissue-tek vip fixative eliminates the need for routine warm water flushing. Using the unique neutra-phase technology, it does not produce precipatates in the presence of alcohol, contrary to all other 10% neutral buffered formalin products. The tissue-tek vip fixative will not promote formation of salts within the tissue processor lines which can cause costly damages to any brands of tissues processors unless regular maintenance is performed. Since the base ingredient is formalin, it is fully compatible and can replace 10% nbf without any adjustments to your procedures. - EMS (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
