Electron Microscopy Sciences Glass specimen vial has a high-purity certified 12.7 mm sem pin stub mounted into the plastic cap. It is ideal for collecting forensic evidence with minimum interference and/or contamination from the sampler. The specimen arrives at the lab ready for carbon coating for sem/edx investigation.
