Electron Microscopy Sciences The ems gloqube is an easy to use, stand-alone glow discharge system with two independent vacuum chambers. The clean chamber is designed for applications requiring hydrophobic/hydrophilic conversion, typically using air as the process gas and the vapor chamber is designed for use with reagents such as methanol and alkylamine.
