Electron Microscopy Sciences The revolutionary single-position magstir genie provides low to high speed stirring and editable memory profiles. Magstir genie may be used with any regular flask/beaker or spinner flask and a maximum sample weight of 5.0 kg. Speed range is 10-1800 RPM including reverse and interval stirring for applications ranging from gentle stirring for cell culture to aggressive mixing for viscous polymers. There are three power levels. Low-profile magnetic stirrer uses microprocessor control for precise and reproducible operation without heat build-up from internal friction. Manual mode provides stir, stir reverse, and time functions. Profiles mode allows users to quickly program speed, ramp rate, stir direction, time (including pause), and power level in up to 9 distinct steps. Up to 4 stirring profiles can be saved. Automatic mode recalls and executes one of up to 4 user-defined profiles. - EMS
