Spectrum High quality and cost effective, Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF) syringe filters are HPLC certified and available with sterile and non-sterile packaging options. This membrane features a stability and hydrophobic interactions similar to PTFE and is recommended especially for filtration of water-soluble oligomers and polymers, e.g. protein solutions. PVDF filters can also be used for the filtration of hydrophobic substances in different organic solvents.
