Spectrum Sterile MCE Syringe Filters, Porosity 0.45 um, Diameter 13 mm

Spectrum Mixed Cellulose Esters (MCE) syringe filters are hydrophilic and are recommended for all filtrations in aqueous or polar media and bacteria filtration. They are ideal when maximum protein recovery in filtrate is crucial. These filters are also used for filtration and inspection of gas, oil and alcohol particulate and bacteria. Combined with a glass microfiber prefilter, they become ideal for tissue culture media and sensitive biological samples. Sample filtration prefilter increases yield.
