The Single-Cell 350v Chip Bundle Kit includes a 350nlvolume, V-bottom chip that enables users to dispense and image cells using the Shasta or ICELL8 cx systems. All wells in the 5,184-nanowell chip are unprinted and have a maximum working volume of 350nland a depth of 2.200 mm. Loading kit and collection kit to complete the cell and reagent dispense are also included within the bundle kit. This bundle kit includes everything needed to run a single-cell assay on the Shasta or ICELL8 cx systems. The Single-Cell 350v Chip Bundle Kit can be used to dispense cells or reagents as detailed in the Shasta Total RNA-Seq Kit, Shasta Whole-Genome Amplification Kit, or SMART-Seq Pro Application Kit protocols, or DNA/RNA solution when developing your own NGS assays for automation systems.
