Takara Trekker 5C Trial Kit, 4 Rxns

The Trekker 5C Trial Kitincludes four tiles in total (two training tiles and two experimental tiles), along with all required reagents and accessories to perform four Trekker reactions. The training tiles allow users to practice, evaluate, and refine the nuclei dissociation protocol after placing tissue sections on the tiles. Once the protocol is optimized, users can perform the full workflow to spatially tag fresh frozen tissue samples using the Trekker 5C tiles.

The kit includes 10×10 Training Tiles, Trekker 5C 10×10 Tiles, Nuclei Isolation Buffer, BSA, RNase Inhibitor, Trekker 10×10 Tile Masking Stickers, 10×10 Wash Chambers, and Trekker 10×10 O-Rings.
