Takara Recombinant RNase Inhibitor GMP grade, 40 KU

Recombinant RNase Inhibitor GMP grade contains a mutation in a cysteine residue that is very sensitive to oxidation, making it highly stable in enzymatic reactions requiring low DTT concentrations. It inhibits RNase A activity through the formation of a 1:1 complex in a reversible reaction. It is not effective against RNase H activity.

Recombinant RNase Inhibitor GMP grade has equivalent enzyme performance as Recombinant RNase Inhibitor ver.2.0, but has been manufactured under GMP-compliant conditions and is supplied in a higher volume. 10 mL- and 100 mL-sized versions of this product are available by request.
