The NucleoVerde Gel and PCR Clean-up kit provides an environmentally friendly alternative to the proven NucleoSpin Gel and PCR Clean-up Kit, delivering equivalent results while including smaller packaging, less and recycled plastic material, labels made from recycled material, and a patent-pending buffer chemistry. The kit offers a 2-in-1 solution for the purification of nucleic acids from gels and PCR mixtures, enabling recovery of DNA fragments <25 kb in size from up to 200 µl of PCR reaction mixture or 200 mg of agarose gel per prep. The binding capacity of the mini spin column is 250 µg, and purified DNA is typically eluted in a volume of 1 mL. The kit employs a user-friendly workflow that enables processing of six samples in ~30 min.
