Revvity Rat Manifold Baffle

The Rat Manifold Baffle is an accessory designed for use with the rat anesthesia manifold (sold separately) to reduce optical signal cross talk between adjacent animals during multi-subject imaging sessions using the IVIS in vivo imaging platform. By physically separating the optical paths between nose cones, the baffle helps maintain the integrity of bioluminescent or fluorescent signals, ensuring that light emitted from one subject does not interfere with the signal detection of another. This is especially critical in high-throughput imaging workflows where multiple rats are imaged simultaneously. Constructed from low-autofluorescence, non-reflective materials, the baffle integrates seamlessly with the manifold system without obstructing airflow or anesthesia delivery, supporting both imaging accuracy and animal safety.
