Agilent The Ultra Sensitivity RNA kit is used for the assessment of low concentration RNA with as low as 2.5 pg/uL. Two separation methods are optimized for the analysis of total RNA and mRNA QC. Both sample types require quality control steps in NGS library preparation and gene expression analysis workflow.;ProSize data analysis software simplifies the RNA QC process by providing an RNA Quality Score (RQN) for total RNA and a percent ribosomal RNA contamination for mRNA samples.
