Waters 125Å SEC Guard Cartridge, 125Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 x 30 mm (BEH-DIOL based), with MaxPeak Premier Technology, for use on 1.7 µm and 2.5 µm SEC 125Å columns, was developed for scientists working on biotherapeutic peptides (e.g., GLP receptor agonist and insulin-like)and small proteins ,from approx 1K - 80K Dalton, who seek higher resolution of size variants, more reproducible HMWPs quantitation with reduced run times and solvent cost savings. Waters expertise in SEC separations coupled with use of performance enhancing MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) Technologies and innovative manufacturing processes address existing scientific challenges that include minimizing non-desired secondary ionic interactions between the biomolecules and the surfaces of the SEC column hardware.
