The Waters GTxResolve Amide HILIC Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 1.7 µm, 300 Å, BEH, 1.0 x 100 mm is designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides, nucleic acids, and viral protein capsids. Each batch of GTxResolve BEH Amide 300 Å is quality-controlled using the Waters Glycoprotein Performance Test Standard (p/n: 186008010) and the Waters ssDNA 20 to 100 Ladder (p/n: 186009446). The column hardware incorporates MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS), which reduces unwanted analyte-surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.
