RapiZyme Cusativin (10,000 Units / Vial) is a recombinant endonuclease designed for advanced digestion and characterization of RNA such as mRNA and sgRNA prior to LC-MS analysis. The enzyme is provided as a lyophilized bead in a skirted tube with LC-MS compatible additives to improve stability and maintain high activity upon reconstitution. RapiZyme Cusativins specificity is primarily targeted at 3 Cytidine cleavage resulting in longer RNA digestion products for improved sequence coverage by generating unique masses. With a robust and automation friendly procedure, RapiZyme RNases make oligomapping as easy to implement as peptide mapping is for proteins.
