The GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Starter Kit with ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH Amide Column– Automation has been designed for use with automated platforms enabling high-throughput glycoprotein sample preparation for analysis of N-glycans with minimal user intervention. This protocol is validated using monoclonal antibodies and has also been tested to perform for a wide range of other N-linked glycoproteins. All reagents in the kit are scaled to residual volumes needed for many automated instrumentation allowing for versatility when choosing your platform. The kit is in a 2 x 48 format.GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Kits replace DMF with a greener, safer, alternative (DMSO), as a Reagent Solvent for the RapiFluor-MS Reagent Label and remove any other DMF containing solutions.
