The GTx Resolve BEH Amide 1.7 µm, 2.1 mm x 5 mm Columns are designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides, nucleic acids, and viral protein capsids. Each batch of GTxResolve BEH Amide 300Å is quality control tested with the Waters Glycoprotein Performance Test Standard (P/N: 186008010) and Waters ssDNA 20 to 100 Ladder (P/N: 186009446). The column hardware incorporates MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.
