The optimized 4.6 x 30 mm Guard is to be used to ensure ensure longcolumn lifetimes. By the physics-based phenomena of this separation, single stranded and double stranded nucleic acid components can be resolved as well as certain types of topological and conformational isoforms. The GTxResolve Slalom Column is the first commercially available slalom chromatography column designed for modern LC systems such as the ACQUITY Premier UPLC System and the Alliance iS Bio HPLC System
