Mass Spectrometry Standards Kit is used to perform operational and performance qualification on both single and triple quadrupole MS instruments, such as the SQD and TQD and many others. The MS detector linearity and detector limit can be tested with these standards.The kit contains a total of 7 solutions including:(2) 1 mg/mL sulfadimethoxine in methanol, 10 mL. For qualification, dilutions of sulfadimethoxine can be used to perform injector linearity and accuracy, MS detector linearity, system precision, flow rate linearity, carryover. It can also be used to check reproducibility, sensitivity, peak width, signal to noise, etc. on the MS.1 mg/mL of each terfenadine, reserpine, acetominophen and caffeine in acetonitrile, 10 mL. A combination of the stock solutions provided can also used to perform gradient testing. Note that since all stock solutions are individually provided in 1 mg/mL concentrations, all compounds listed can be mixed and matched according to ones preference.Formic acid, 10 mL. Formic Acid is used as a modifier in solvents.
