Waters GTxResolve 250Å Slalom Columns are manufactured with low adsorptionMaxPeakHPS hardware and novel bridgedethyleneBEH-PEO particles to support high recovery analyses of biologics polymers such as plasmid DNA & nucleic acids in the range of3 Kbp-25 Kbp under shear force. By the physics-based phenomena of this separation, single stranded and double stranded nucleic acid components can be resolved as well as certain types of topological and conformational isoforms. The GTxResolve Slalom Column is the first commercially available slalom chromatography column designed for modern LC systems such as the ACQUITY Premier UPLC System and the Alliance iS Bio HPLC System. This bundle includes the Waters dsDNA 23K Ladder, a lyophilized vial containing 50 µg of HIND III restriction enzyme digested of lambda DNA, including fragments ranging from 125 to 23,130 base pairs (bp) long. This standard can be used as a proficiency and system suitability test standard for chromatography separations, such as anion exchange and slalom chromatography.
