Corning® Lymphocyte Serum-Free Medium, KBM 581

The use of T-lymphocytes in adaptive immunotherapy is emerging as an important tool in the treatment of cancer and other clinical applications. Cornings Lymphocyte Serum Free Medium (88-581-CM) supports the proliferation and activation of lymphocytes, including tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. There is technical data to support the use in CAR-T as well as several other important immunotherapy applications. The 88-581-CM medium is specialized for both activation and expansion of human CIK cells. This enhanced version contains more nutrients, shows improved proliferation capacity, and produces a higher ratio of CIK cells (CD3+ CD56+).
