Takara ptdTomato Vector \20 ug

Takara ptdTomato encodes a tandem sequence of the dimeric red fluorescent protein, Tomato. In this vector, the tdTomato coding sequence is flanked by unique restriction sites at the 5 and 3 ends, making it easy to excise the sequence for transfer into another vector. The ptdTomato vector contains a lac promoter sequence, and therefore can be used to express tdTomato in E. coli.
