Takara ptdTomato-N1 is a mammalian expression vector containing a tandem sequence of the dimeric red fluorescent protein, Tomato. An MCS at the 5 end of the coding sequence makes it possible to insert a gene of interest in order to express it as an N-terminal fusion with tdTomato.
