Takara pDendra2-C is a mammalian expression vector that encodes Dendra2, a green-to-red photoswitchable fluorescent protein derived from the octocoral Dendronephthya sp. An MCS at the 3 end of the coding sequence makes it possible to insert a gene of interest in order to express it as a C-terminal fusion with Dendra2.
