Takara Universal GenomeWalker 2.0 \Each

Takara The Universal GenomeWalker 2.0 kit contains all the reagents needed for PCR-based "walking" in the genomic DNA of any species. The first step is the construction of pools of adaptor-ligated genomic DNA fragments that are referred to as GenomeWalker "libraries." These libraries can then be used for walking upstream or downstream in genomic DNA from a known sequence using long-distance PCR (LD PCR). Sufficient material is provided for three constructions of four libraries each; each construction can be used for 80 reactions. Materials for purification of genomic DNA and clean-up of digested DNA, as well as a thermostable DNA polymerase mix for PCR are included in the kit. - TAKBGN (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
