Tissue Dispenser features a pair of 1 mL syringes that are connected together via their Luer connections. One syringe is embedded with a 500µm stainless steel screen of low shear samples dispersion. Easy to use - Load tissue into sample syringe (embedded with screen), add 0.3-1ml dispersion media (buffer, growth media) into receiving syringe, reconnect syringes and push sample back and forth from syringe to syringe. Forcing sample by manual pushing of syringe plungers is more effective than classic "syringe-needle-syringe" method of tissue dispersion since it requires less effort and fewer passes between syringes.
