Thomson Instrument Company Plasmid+ Enriched Media plays a significant role in generating high microbial titers resulting in higher plasmid yields with the Ultra Yield System (flasks, Plasmid+ media and AirOtop seals). This media is specifically formulated for high DNA growth and consistent plasmid production for up to 22 hours. It is sterile and ready to use - simply add antibiotics and grow! Plasmid+ media can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months and is formulated free of animal products. The Ultra Yield system has proven to increase yields up to 10x over traditional flasks with E. Coli and other microbial cultures. These plastic flasks are designed to be fully scalable, fit standard clamp sizes and replace traditional glass flasks. All volumes, ranging from 125mL to 2.5L, can be shaken at the same speed, to optimize shaker utilization. - TMSI
