Revvity This Control Lysate Is Intended For Use With The Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Phospho-Ikk (Ser176/180) Assay Kit, Or For Use As A Control For Those Running Orthogonal Or Secondary Assays Along With The Surefire Assay. The Control Was Prepared From Recombinant P-Ikk Protein At A Concentration Of 100 Ng/Ml In 1x Lysis Buffer. The Controls Are Supplied Lyophilized, And Should Be Reconstituted In Either Ddh2o Or Milliq® H2o, And Serially Diluted As Desired In 1x Lysis Buffer. Once Reconstituted, Lysates Should Be Stored Frozen In Single Use Aliquots - PEGSK (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
