This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RAS Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured to 80% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed in 8 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
