General Description

A cell-permeable, orally bioavailable, blood-brain barrier-permeant MTIC [5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl-)-imidazole-4-carboxamide] prodrug whosein vivoDNA alkylating activity is employed in anticancer therapy.
