This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total EGF Receptor L858R Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NCI-H1975 cells (expressing EGFR L858R mutant) were cultured to confluency in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
