Chemglass the 50ml polypropylene centrifuge tube assembly utilizes a closed cap assembly with 3/4” of size 16 (1/8" x 1/4”) c-flex tubing inlet line which transitions to 2 ½” of size 14 (1/16” x ¼”) tygon and then transitions to 17 ¼” of size 16 (1/8" x 1/4”) c-flex tubing with a pinch clamp and plugged. the assembly includes a 3” vent line with a ptfe filter. assembly is certified sterile. the assembly can be used for sampling and transfer of biopharmaceutical products and reagents in closed systems. sold individually wrapped in a bag of ten. - CHMGLS
