Cryo Tube Cap Inserts are designed for use with 1.0ml-5ml 1D-coded Cryo Tubes, External & Internal Thread. Snap easily into the open cavity of both internal & external threaded screw caps. Recommended for use in vapor phase liquid nitrogen only.
For liquid phase LN2, place a Thermoconductive Tube Rack for Cryo or FACS Tubes in the liquid phase LN2 & wait 15 minutes for the rack to equilibrate to LN2 temperature, then place cryogenic vials in the rack. This will ensure samples snap-freeze without direct contact to the liquid phase LN2.
